This website is provided for general information about WebDesignPoint services. You may use it lawfully and may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or reproduce its content without written permission.
2. Proposals and project work
Services are governed by a written proposal or statement of work that defines scope, timelines, payment milestones, revision terms and deliverables. A website enquiry or displayed starting price is not a binding offer.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely content, approvals, account access and accurate information needed for delivery. Delays in approvals or assets may affect the delivery timeline.
4. Intellectual property
On receipt of agreed payment, clients receive ownership of the custom deliverables specified in their proposal. Pre-existing tools, open-source components and third-party licences remain subject to their own terms.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebDesignPoint is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or services. Any direct liability is limited to fees paid for the specific affected service.
